As part of the European project Mr. Goodfish 3.0, the free Mr. Goodfish mobile app is available to help us make more informed and responsible choices when consuming seafood.
The app provides up-to-date recommendations on suitable seasonal seafood species, ideas for sustainable recipes, and useful information that can guide our choices when shopping, planning meals at home, or ordering at a restaurant. The recommendations are developed based on scientific criteria, such as the availability of fish stocks, species size, and seasonality.
The Centre for Research and Analysis (CRA) is a partner in Mr. Goodfish 3.0 and serves as the regional hub for the Black Sea and Danube region. The project is funded under the Horizon Europe programme and promotes the sustainable consumption of marine, freshwater, and aquaculture products across Europe.
